Sukamade Tour

Sukamade beach is located in Pesanggaran subdistrict is one of Indonesia’s most important turtle spawning grounds. Sukamade Beach come into Merubetiri National Park, The park that has been set in colonial era as one of wildlife reserved in east java. There are  5  species of sea turtle come ashore regularly to lay their eggs on these sands at night. Located on the southern coast, this beach is called Sukamade Turtle beach.

Sukamade Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Banyuwangi - Sukamade resort - Sukamade Beach

 - Meeting service ( some places near banyuwangi or Bali, Surabaya )

-  Pick up by Trooper 4WD, direct to Sukamade resort, its located in Merubetiri National Park, its taken 5 hours. Arrive in Hotel, check in.

- Dinner. at 20:00, you will get briefing from the ranger then at 21:00 go to Sukamade beach 600 m from sukamade resort.

- arrive, you must turning off the lights and dont speak, wait until the ranger ask to follow and see the turtle lay their egg.

- Go back to Sukamade Resort.

Day 2 : Green Bay - Banyuwangi

- Breakfast at Resort and check out.

- Go to GreenBay, to reach the beach you must trek 30 minutes ( sun bathing, take a picture etc )

- Drop to Banyuwangi
